Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz’s son, Genesis, loves Taylor Swift! The youngster was recently one of many to attend one of the Pop singer’s concerts.
Genesis had the opportunity to spend quality time with Swift backstage. Alicia filmed the interaction between the superstar and her son. “Big love to @taylorswift for your big beautiful spirit that makes everyone feel loved,” Keys wrote to Swift. The celebrity mom also shared throwback pictures of Taylor Swift and Genesis to showcase the friendship the two have built over the years.
“This is so sweet,” Evan Ross shared in the comments section of Keys’ Instagram post. “That’s been his girl,” wrote Mashonda Tifrere.
Genesis may soon join his mom and Taylor Swift in the music industry. The youngster’s older brother, Egypt Dean, already performs alongside Alicia Keys on occasion. Keys recently shared how keeping a journal helps fuel her creative process.
“I’m very attracted to rituals and creating opportunities to be connected to your inner voice,” the recording artist shared with the press. “I think the world is so loud and everything’s so noisy – and a lot of times we feel like we have to be like everybody else or do what everybody else will approve of, and it’s really hard to find your own within you,” Keys said.
“I found that like for me as a writer, I really needed to get back into my journaling because I was getting all backed up in my head, and I was feeling all these things but I wasn’t really able to express them,” the celebrity mom revealed. “Getting back into my journaling really opened a space for me, and it made me become more creative too because I was kind of stuffing that down,” Alicia shared.
