Serayah McNeill is looking back on a summer full of highs and lows.
On Saturday, the actress took to Instagram to share a series of photos from the past few months, including sweet pictures with her baby boy, whom she affectionately calls “Hunna.”
Alongside the snapshots, she wrote, “This summer was beautiful, but it was hard too. I had to be honest with myself about where I am, where I want to be, and the space in between.”
The post comes about a month after Serayah ended her engagement to rapper Joey Bada$$, with whom she shares her son. Back in August, she revealed that she had walked away from their relationship after what she described as repeated infidelity.
In the midst of it all, Serayah has leaned on those closest to her.
“Spending time in nature, with my hunna (that’s baby boys nickname) friends and family has made me feel so seen,” she shared.
Serayah went on to reflect on what this season has required of her.
“I’m learning that becoming requires something from you. Breaking to rebuild. And for me, I’m learning to be comfortable with being uncomfortable.”
She ended the post on a lighter note, writing, “Also I changed my hair like 3 times! Which vibe are you feeling the most ?”
Serayah and Joey welcomed their son in June 2025 after going public with their relationship in 2023. Despite their breakup, she has said that she remains committed to co-parenting with her ex.
“I will always respect the fact that we share a beautiful son, and my priority will be protecting his peace, privacy and relationship with both of his parents,” she wrote in her breakup statement.<br>“For that reason, I won’t be discussing the intimate details of our relationship publicly beyond what I have shared here,” she added.
