"Three Generations"

Family matters star Kellie S. Williams’ daughter, Hannah Belle Jackson, has scored her first movie gig! The actress, who got her big break in show business as a child, took to Instagram to celebrate her daughter’s success.

“First headshot,” Kellie said of her daughter’s headshot, which the celebrity mom shared online. “I’m not ready,” Williams continued. “My big girl.”

Kellie S. Williams also shared a candid taken onset of Hannah’s film. “Three generations (Me, JoMarie, and my daughter) on the set of Merry Little Switchmas,” Kellie said of the picture. Many may remember Jo Marie Payton from her role as Harriette Baines Winslow in the beloved sitcom Family Matters. Payton portrayed the mother of the Winslow family while Williams starred as the oldest daughter of the family.

“We want a reboot,” one fan wrote regarding the nostalgia of Family Matters that many 90s kids felt upon seeing the photo. Another of Kellie’s Instagram supporters asked when Merry Little Switchmas would make its public debut.

Merry Little Switchmas is the story of a young boy, who with the help of a little Christmas magic, creates an experiment in which he and his two siblings switch lives. Aiden, a far more intelligent kid than any ten-year-old boy should be, wishes that his newly formed family of his sister, dad, step-mother and step-brother could all get along. With the siblings constantly bickering, it’s been anything but merry in the Kingsley household. With the annual Christmas science fair approaching, Aiden attempts to create an experiment in order to help his family feel like the tight knit one he yearns for. After many failed attempts, Aiden calls upon a forgotten Christmas spirit to help.

Many were thrilled to see Mary Jo and Kellie S. Williams reunited on the set of Merry Little Switchmas. Dozens committed to watching the Christmas film on account of “Laura” and “Harriette” working on the same project again.

“You have me just about praise dancing,” one Twitter fan exclaimed. “I can’t wait to see this,” the supporter added. Another Family Matters fan wrote, “How wonderful! Can’t wait to watch!”

Those counting the days until the debut of Merry Little Switchmas can look forward to a fun Christmas story filled with emotion and a focus on family. The film, directed by Christopher Nolan and written by Gabrielle Collins, releases on December 9, 2021.
