Fantasia and her husband, Kendall Taylor, welcomed their daughter, Keziah Taylor, home after the little one stayed in the NICU for one month. The celebrity parents gave their infant a beautiful Welcome Home party that included gifts as well as outdoor decorations for the neighbors.
“Welcome home,” Fantasia shared on Instagram. The singer also uploaded a picture of Keziah that included her feet and part of her upper body. Fantasia was sure to leave her daughter’s face out of the shot.
“Praise God,” one fan shared in response to seeing the candid. “I’m an NICU parent and I can’t wait for those words ‘Sherrod can go home,'” the supporter said of their personal battle. “Love to you, baby girl, and your family.” Another of Fantasia’s fans wrote, “Congratulations. We’ve been praying for you all. God is so good.”
Keziah Taylor was born on May 23, 2021. She arrived a few weeks early, according to Fantasia. “Keziah was born a little too early,” Fantasia shared with her Instagram fans. “But she is a fighter just like her mother,” the celebrity mom declared.
“The determination in me is the same thing I see in my children,” Fantasia told her social media fans in a different post in which she revealed her experience with contractions during what turned out to be her final maternity shoot.
“@mrdblanks @derickuscrawford @albert_montris and @kilprity were all asking if I wanted to stop or sit but I kept going because I wanted my pics,” the recording artist revealed.
Keziah is Fantasia and Kendall Taylor’s only child together. Fantasia also has a son named Dallas from a previous relationship as well as a daughter named Zion who is now an adult.
Fantasia took to Instagram on Father’s Day to celebrate her husband as a new dad. “Happy these kids are to have such an amazing, strong, wise, smart, courageous, loving, loyal father like you,” Fantasia wrote to Kendall. “Happy Kings Day, Ken Doll. Without you, this journey would not be the same. I’m so proud to call you my husband.”
