Fantasia’s baby girl, Keziah Taylor, will soon be released from the hospital. The recording artist took to Instagram on Wednesday (June 9) to update her supporters after revealing her little one was born early.
“Almost home,” Fantasia told her social media fans. The celebrity also shared a picture of herself with Keziah, which featured the back of the newborn’s head. “God is wonderful,” said one supporter upon getting wind of the positive news. “Congratulations beautiful soul,” another Instagram follower wrote.
Keziah Taylor was born on May 23, 2021. Fantasia shared the news of her daughter’s birth shortly after the little one’s arrival.
“The Elephant is the animal I chose to surround @keziahlondontaylor with because it represents patience, strength, power, and remembrance,” Fantasia wrote in reference to the candid she shared along with the exciting news that featured the singer standing in front of an elephant. “Just a few of the qualities that her presence has brought into our lives and this world,” the celebrity mom said of her baby girl.
“We were patient[ly] waiting on you to enter this world and we will always remember the strength that it took for me and @salute1st to create something as powerful as your life itself,” Fantasia said of her pregnancy experience and the journey to expectancy. “Happy Birthday to our little Angel (5-23-21), and may God keep and cover you for the rest of your days!”
Fantasia revealed her daughter’s premature birth days after announcing Keziah’s arrival. “Keziah was born a little too early but she is a fighter just like her Mother,” the celebrity declared. “When you see the words Strength, Determined, Perseverance, and Unbreakable think of Fantasia Monique Taylor.”
Fantasia revealed that she and her husband, Kendall Taylor, were in the NICU with their daughter on Sunday, May 30, 2021. the celebrity mom and her spouse received an outpouring of support from her social media fans who left prayer emojis and words of encouragement in the comments section of the update.
Keziah is Fantasia and Kendall Taylor’s first child together. Fantasia has three kids – Kezia, Zion, and Dallas – in all.
