Sherri Shepherd is not letting her unborn son go without a fight.

‘The View’ co-host recently filed divorce documents of her own that ask the courts to enforce the prenuptial agreement that she and estranged husband Lamar Sally signed several years ago.

TMZ reports,

“Sherri Shepherd will FIGHT her estranged husband tooth and nail to get CUSTODY of their unborn child…Under the prenup, Lamar agrees that the new kid will live with Sherri and her son Jeffrey from a previous relationship.  So the prenup gives Sherri full physical custody of the new baby.”

Lamar asked the courts to grant him a divorce a few days back and asked that the prenuptial agreement that he and Sherri signed be invalidated due to fraud. Under the current agreement Shepherd would only be required to give Sally a lump sum of $60,000, and not the monthly spousal support the screenwriter may be seeking.

Sherri and Lamar are expecting their son to arrive in July. The couple is currently expecting by way of surrogate.
