Marques Houston had a fun day at Disneyland with his wife, Miya Houston, and their daughter, Zara, this past weekend. The actor took to Instagram with pictures from the family’s outing.
“@disneyland with my two favorite ladies,” Marques told social media fans. Miya also commented on the trip by saying, “It truly is the happiest person place on earth.”
Zara definitely appeared to enjoy the outing as she was captivated while taking a picture with her mom and dad. “She is growing so fast,” one social media follower said. “Zara’s always in her own world,” another fan shared. “Love it!”
It was just the other week that Miya and Marques Houston brought their daughter to assembly for the first time. The Houstons were commemorating Memorial and Marques was especially happy to attend services in person. “It was unbelievable to be around my brothers and sisters after two years,” Marques told his social media fans.
“Jehovah, you’re such an awesome God,” Houston added. “Being in your house felt like home. Our first Memorial as a family #TheHoustons. Zara enjoyed her first meeting.”
Marques and Miya Houston wed in August 2020, which was during the height of the coronavirus pandemic. Many churches were closed due to social distancing restrictions that prohibited large gatherings. Dozens of Christian worship assemblies celebrated Easter virtually in 2020. Last year was also limited as restrictions caused by the coronavirus pandemic led many to hold services outdoors.
This year essentially marked the first time in two years that churches had full liberality to hold religious services as they desired. Marques and Miya Houston were able to bring their daughter to Kingdom Hall for Memorial.

“Zara enjoying the Assembly,” Marques said of his daughter who was recently photographed while smiling at religious services. “She’s adorable,” one social media follower commented. “Show her the love of Jehovah and she will be forever blessed.”
