Looking good! LeToya Luckett and her family stopped by the 2018 LudaDay Celebrity Basketball Game on September 2, 2018, where they had backstage passes to all of the action that took place on the campus of Morehouse College that weekend.
LeToya took several pictures while standing beside her husband, Tommicus Walker, and stepdaughter on the red carpet. The expectant star definitely had the pregnancy glow as she took pictures.
Luckett has been hard at work promoting season three of the hit OWN series Greenleaf. She has also been enjoying her life as a pregnant woman. It was just a few weeks ago that LeToya Luckett shared a prayer for her unborn child with Instagram fans.
“Lord, thank you for the blessing to be able to carry this beautiful light,” LeToya’s speech began. “I pray that our baby is growing stronger every day. I pray that EVERYTHING in their body functions in the perfection you created it to function and that they are healthy and whole.”
This will be LeToya Luckett’s first child, but the singer-turned-actress has gotten a lot of practice regarding parenting from her role as stepmom to her husband’s daughter, Madison. “I call Madison my ‘daughter in love’ and I’m her ‘mommy in love,'” Luckett said during a recent interview with ESSENCE. “She’s a sweetheart and she’s very vocal about her feelings,” the expectant star continued. “We talk about everything, and [my husband] allows me the space.”
