TOP 2023 CHRISTMAS MOVIES TO BINGE THIS WEEKEND

This weekend kicks-off the yearly celebration many have been waiting for with baited breath. As the little ones, wait for Santa and his reindeer to come on Monday morning, there is one thing that you can do as a family this weekend, binge watch some of the top 2023 Christmas movies. Snuggle up, grab some popcorn, and check out our list below.

1. The Naughty Nine

A synopsis: Mischievous fifth grader Andy finds himself without a present from Santa on Christmas morning. Realizing he must have landed on the “naughty list” and feeling unfairly maligned, Andy pulls together a team of eight other “naughty listers” to help him execute an elaborate heist in Santa’s Village at the North Pole to get the presents they feel they deserve. Along the way, the group comes to realize that the very best way off the naughty list is to redirect their unique talents for good ― instead of mischief.

A synopsis: Candy Cane Lane follows a man’s determined quest to win the neighborhood’s annual Christmas decorating contest. He teams up with an elf to help him win–and the elf casts a spell that brings the 12 days of Christmas to life, which brings unforeseen chaos to town.

Note: According to Deadline.com, Amazon has already declared Candy Cane Lane a smashing success since its December 1 debut. Candy Cane Lane was the No. 1 film globally on Prime Video in its first three days of release.

3. Genie

A synopsis: Genie is a fairy-tale comedy about a workaholic man who enlists the help of a magical genie to help win his family back before Christmas.

4. Urkel Saves Santa: The Movie!

A synopsis: If you were a fan of Family Matters back in the late 80s, then you are well aware of just how much havoc Steve Urkel can cause. Well, he’s back and this time, he is animated. In this movie for all ages, Urkel finds himself on mission to make things right with Santa after he inadvertently publicly humiliated the big guy. While trying to make amends, Urkel also finds himself trying to help the city rediscover the Christmas spirit.

5. Dashing Through The Snow

A synopsis: Eddie Garrick, (Chris “Ludacris” Bridges), is a good-hearted man who has turned his back on Christmas due to a traumatic childhood experience. At the request of his wife Allison Garrick, from whom he is separated, Eddie takes his 9-year-old daughter Charlotte (Madison Skye Validum), to work with him on Christmas Eve, where they meet a mysterious man in a red suit named Nick. Eddie, who is a social worker, thinks the man is delusional and needs professional help, but when he evokes the wrath of a local politician, he and his daughter are taken on a magical adventure that just might restore his faith in Christmas.
