Co-Parenting Goals! Safaree and Erica Mena set aside their differences and teamed up to celebrate their son’s second birthday this week. The former couple hosted a birthday party with an Elmo theme for their son Legend Samuel.

Erica shared in her Instagram stories, “Yesterday was all about you papa. His daddy went Elmo crazy for him.”
Safaree spared no expense to create a memorable party for his only son. Instead of Elmo’s world, the party was aptly named Legend’s world. The attendees had a blast with bouncy houses, slides, delicious treats, and an amazing three-tiered cake. Elmo’s face adorned the decorations, and Safaree even delighted everyone by dancing in an Elmo costume.

“This is what it’s all about. Look at Legend’s face,” Erica exclaimed when Safaree appeared dressed as Elmo.
Subsequently, Safaree took to Instagram, sharing photos of himself and Legend donning Elmo costumes.

The party was documented for the reality show Love & Hip Hop Atlanta, which features Safaree and Erica as cast members.
Season 11 of Love & Hip Hop Atlanta (LHHATL) premiered on Tuesday, June 13, on MTV, reuniting the cast, including Erica Mena and her ex-boyfriend Safaree.
On the show, Mena discussed how Safaree had abandoned her during her pregnancy with Legend. The former couple welcomed their son while going through a divorce, and Erica claimed that Safaree was absent during Legend’s time in the NICU.
However, fast-forward to the present, it seems that Safaree and Erica have improved their relationship and are doing their best to co-parent. They have two children together: daughter Safire and son Legend.
