WUNMI MOSAKU REVEALS SHE WELCOMED SECOND CHILD IN NEW BRITISH VOGUE SHOOT

Wunmi Mosaku is officially a mom of two!

The Sinners star revealed that she recently welcomed her second child while appearing with both of her kids in the October 2026 issue of British Vogue.

In a sweet photo from the shoot, which took place in her hometown of Manchester, Mosaku cradles her baby boy while her nearly 3-year-old daughter stands behind her in a pink tutu and ballet shoes.

Mosaku, 40, was about 10 weeks postpartum at the time of the interview and spoke candidly about juggling a newborn, a toddler and several projects of her own.

“I don’t know how to sit still,” she admitted. “I have ADHD. And I know Iyadé needs to exist.”

Iyadé, which means “mother has arrived” in Yoruba, is Mosaku’s upcoming maternity and nursing line. She began developing the idea after welcoming her first child and becoming frustrated with the clothing options available to pregnant and breastfeeding women.

“I can’t be the only mother who is disappointed with maternity and nursing wear,” she said. “I cannot be the only person.”

Mosaku wanted the line to account for the everyday realities mothers deal with during pregnancy and nursing without sacrificing style.

“I’m so proud of all my designs,” she said.

One of her favorites is the Mimi, a jumpsuit designed for discreet nursing.

“You can still use the loo!” Mosaku said. “I mean, I feel like I solved a small but mighty problem for us!”

Another favorite is the Sadé, which she described as “sexy and comfortable at the same time.”

“It’s my go-to for events,” she said. “I loved wearing it when I was pregnant too. I felt blooming and beautiful.”

That same desire for a positive experience now extends to Mosaku’s work. With time away from her children, she says the jobs she takes need to bring her joy.

“I’m just not going to sit and hear negativity; because if I am choosing to take this job and be away from my family, my daughter, my son, let it be joyful. Let it only be joyful.”
