Congratulations to Usher Raymond and his girlfriend, Jenn Goicoechea, on the birth of their second child. The celebrity couple shared the exciting news of their baby’s birth on Tuesday (Oct. 12).
“Hi, my name is Sire Castrello Raymond,” Usher wrote online in the persona of his newborn. “I am the newest addition to the Raymond crew. I was born Sept 29 2021 at 6:42 pm weighing 7lbs 13oz. Hear me roar … A.K.A Ra Ra.” Usher shared a picture of his newborn with fans that featured Sire’s lips without showcasing the baby’s eyes.
“One more and we have the Raymond 5,” Usher’s oldest son, Usher V, wrote in response to his father’s Instagram post. “Nick Cannon loading,” another fan mused in reference to Usher and Jenn welcoming their second child months apart from their first child.
Jenn Goicoechea and Usher celebrated their daughter Sovereign Bo Raymond’s first birthday last month. “Happy 1st Birthday Sovë Wavë,” Jenn shared on Instagram on September 24, 2021. “The best is yet to come,” the doting mom gushed. “Can’t wait to spend forever with you,” Jenn told her daughter.
Fans learned of Usher and Jenn’s expectancy of baby number two earlier this year. Goicoechea shared a candid of herself at the iHeart Awards with Usher that placed her baby bump on full display. “Another one,” Jenn said in reference to her expectancy.

Usher recently discussed his life as a ‘Girl Dad’ since welcoming his daughter last September. “I’m even changing my colors,” the celebrity father said in terms of how his style sense has changed since welcoming his baby girl. “I’m wearing pink and cool stuff like that,” Usher shared with Good Morning America (GMA).
Sovereign joined her older brothers, Usher V and Naviyd, at home as the youngest of Usher’s children. Now, the little one has the opportunity to adjust and settle into the role of big sister.
