SisQo and his wife, Elizabeth Pham, celebrated their son Ryu Andrews’ birthday this past weekend. The youngster turned 9-year-old on Monday (June 14).
“Happy Born Day to my Lil Dragon,” SisQo wrote to his son. “Love you, son,” the celebrity father said. Elizabeth also took to Instagram to commemorate her son’s special day.
“Happy birthday to my little dragon baby,” the doting mom shared. “Nine years ago God blessed me with the greatest gift of being your mommy,” Elizabeth wrote to her son. “Thank you for keeping me and daddy on our toes,” she shared. “We love you so much, Ryu!”
SisQo and Elizabeth dated on and off for 15 years before marrying in 2018.
“It was one of those things where it’s like she’s my best friend,” SisQo shared with Us Weekly exclusively in 2018. “And it was kinda like, ‘You know, maybe I need to figure out how to make this more permanent before she wakes up and realizes how crazy I am.'”
SisQo went to great lengths to show Elizabeth how much he wanted to spend the rest of his life with her. “I proposed and I got, like, a big, fat rock,” the recording artist shared. “I did it kinda cool, because I felt like our son [Ryu] was the one that kinda saved [us],” SisQo revealed.
“I sent him in with a ring box, and she looked into the box and didn’t see anything. She then went to look for me to figure out what’s going on. She came around the corner, and I was [on] one knee and I asked her and she said ‘Yes!'”
SisQo proposed to his wife in 2014, which was months after the couple welcomed their daughter, Koko. He described the four years it took to plan their wedding as a fairytale. “[The wedding venue] was kinda like a castle-ish from the outside,” SisQo shared with Us.
