Floyd Mayweather’s daughter, Jirah, called out her father for allegedly being selfish just weeks after celebrating her seventeenth birthday, which was filled with gifts from her celebrity dad. The teen took to Twitter with her frustration on Monday (August 10).
going from a parent who put ur happiness before theirs to a parent who puts their happiness before yours is probably one of the most frustrating thing ever.

“Going from a parent who put ur happiness before theirs to a parent who puts their happiness before yours is probably one of the most frustrating things ever,” Jirah told her social media followers. Many immediately put the puzzle pieces together and assumed Jirah was talking about her father’s parenting tactics in comparison with her late mother’s rearing practices.

In response to his daughter’s rant, Floyd lovingly wrote, “@jirahmilan, I will always love you unconditionally and always know that you can accomplish anything you set your mind to. There is no limit to how far you can go in life. Always put God first and everything else will fall in place.”
Floyd Mayweather’s ex and Jirah’s mom, Josie Harris, was found unresponsive in her vehicle outside of her Valencia, California, home in March. The 40-year-old’s death was recently ruled accidental due to an overdose on prescription drugs. Josie left behind three children – Jirah, Koraun, and Zion – whom she co-parented with Floyd.

Since her mother’s untimely death, Jirah has shared that “2020 has been the worst year of my life.” In addition, the teenager has said she just wants to be happy. “I just want to be happy bruh,” Jirah recently tweeted. “Not hurt, not confused, not stressed … just happy.”

We hope Floyd can help his daughter on her path to healing.
