The coronavirus pandemic may still be active, but comedian Kevin Hart doesn’t let that stop him and his kids from taking on biking trails.
Kevin Hart and his wife, Eniko Parrish have a 2-year-old son together, Kenzo Hart, and Eniko is also pregnant with a baby girl. Hart also shares two kids with his ex-wife Torrei: 15-year-old Heaven and 12-year-old Hendrix Hart. Aside from getting on his kids’ nerves during their time under quarantine, Hart also makes sure that he and his kids get their biking in.
On June 18, Kevin Hart posted a picture of him riding his bike on Instagram. In the caption, Hart wrote about how he was starting to enjoy biking trails and also joked about his height, or rather, his lack of height. “Really starting to dig this Mountain Bike life… Climbing mountains daily damn it 💪🏾 @fableticsmen… P.S my seat goes up & down with the press of a button. Stop judging me lol.”
It didn’t take long for Kevin Hart to get his kids involved. In one recent Instagram post, Hart posted a picture of himself and his kids on their bicycles as they rode on a biking trail. “On the trails with my trailblazers #Harts,” he wrote in the caption. Another recent post features black-and-white photos of Hart and his kids on another trail. In the caption, Hart wrote: “Biking with my Mini Me’s… Kicking the canyons ass with my kids on a Saturday 💪🏾💪🏾… They are getting stronger & I’m loving it. Condition them while they are young. #Harts #FitFamily #HealthIsWealth.”
Kevin Hart is certainly not as tall and athletically gifted as some of his famous friends like actor Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson or NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal. However, fitness and staying in shape are a priority for Hart, so much so that he’s even launched a men’s athletic apparel line called Fabletics Men. Hart takes fitness and good health seriously, and by biking with his children, he encourages them to prioritize it as well.
