Happy New Year from the Duke and Duchess of Sussex! Meghan Markle and Prince Harry shared a cute video clip of their son, Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor, hanging with his dad.
“Wishing you all a very Happy New Year and thanking you for your continued support,” The Duke and Duchess wrote in an Instagram message. “We’ve loved meeting so many of you from around the world and can’t wait to meet many more of you next year,” the Royal couple added. “We hope 2020 brings each of you health and continued happiness.”
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle welcomed their son on May 6, 2019. The Royal couple took their little one to meet Archbishop Desmond Tutu back in September. The meeting was nothing short of sentimental as Archie was in the presence of someone who spent his life fighting apartheid in South Africa.
“The Duke and Duchess were honored to introduce their son, Archie, to Archbishop, Desmond Tutu and his daughter, Thandeka,” a statement read. “Their Royal Highnesses have joined The Archbishop and Thandeka to learn more about the work of The Tutu and Leah Legacy Foundation, and see first-hand how they are focussing on global awareness of the critical issues affecting the world.”
