G Herbo and Taina Williams’ daughter, Emmy, finally got the “wedding ring” she had been asking for.
The 4-year-old recently received the sparkly surprise from her dad after repeatedly telling her parents that she wanted an engagement ring like her mom’s.
Taina shared a video on Instagram that captured the exact moment Emmy unboxed her gift.
Before giving her the ring, Herbo reminded Emmy of a conversation they had after he proposed to Taina.
“Do you remember when I asked you would you marry Daddy?” Herbo asked.
“And what did you say?”
“I want a wedding ring,” Emmy replied.
That was exactly what Herbo had waiting for her.
“Daddy got you a wedding ring, like Mommy,” Taina told her as Emmy opened the box.
The tiny ring had been sized especially for Emmy, and Taina could barely contain her excitement before giving it to her daughter.
“It’s like an engagement ring, and it’s so little. It’s so cute,” she said while at the jewelry store.
Taina added that the ring was a size two and predicted that Emmy was “gonna be so happy.”
Her prediction was right.
Emmy looked stunned when she opened the box and quickly showed off the ring on her finger as her parents admired it.
“Oh my God,” Taina said. “Let me see.”
Herbo had a few more surprises for the family. Their son Essex received a pair of earrings, while Taina said she got some “goodies” of her own.
Emmy had been asking for a ring since Herbo proposed to Taina earlier this year. She immediately took an interest in her mom’s engagement ring and wanted one of her own.
Her request came up again around Mother’s Day after Herbo gifted Taina a necklace.
Emmy is one of two children Herbo shares with Taina. The couple are also parents to Essex, while Herbo has an older son, Yosohn, from his previous relationship with Ari Fletcher.
