Kevin McCall is reportedly suing RHOA star Eva Marcille for custody of their daughter, Marley Rae Sterling. BOSSIP has exclusive details regarding the matter.
According to the celebrity news site,
“Kevin McCall has launched a legal bid to wrestle custody of his daughter from ex-partner Eva Marcille Sterling and force her to pay him child support for the girl.
McCall sued the Real Housewives of Atlanta star for joint physical custody of their daughter, Marley Rae Sterling, 5, and wants a judge to force Sterling to pay him child support when the girl is in his care.”
Kevin McCall responded quickly after Eva Marcille revealed her decision to change their daughter’s last name from McCall to Sterling. The Real Housewives of Atlanta star reasoned that changing Marley’s last name was appropriate since her husband, Michael Sterling, was more of a father figure than the little one’s biological father.
Kevin McCall did not appear to agree with the name change. The celebrity father did not, however, respond in a hostile manner. Kevin shared a candid that showed a certificate indicating his completion of a twelve-week parenting program. Perhaps, Kevin was trying to tell us something back then.
In any case, Marley Rae is Kevin McCall and Eva Marcille’s only child together. Stay tuned for more child custody news!
