Tristan Thompson’s ex, Jordan Craig, gained a significant victory in court a few weeks ago. The celebrity mom was awarded $40,000 in monthly child support and $200,000 in retroactive pay for Jordan and Tristan’s son, Prince Thompson.
According to RadarOnline.com,
“According to May 2019 documents obtained only by Radar, a judge ordered Thompson pay Craig $200,000 in retroactive child support that was to be paid within 10 business days of the completion of the final judgment.
The Cleveland Cavaliers baller also must pay Craig $40,000 in monthly child support on the first day of each month, which must continue until Prince reaches the age of 18, or until he graduates from high school or becomes self-supporting, emancipated, or ordered by the court.”
Tristan Thompson was previously ordered to pay Jordan Craig $15,000 per month for Prince. Jordan, however, complained that the amount that her ex gave for their son was well below Tristan’s lavish lifestyle. Prince, according to Jordan, deserved to have the same perks as his father. A judge apparently agreed with the celebrity mom.
Jordan Craig got real about the effects of her very public break up with Tristan Thompson during a recent interview. The NBA player left his child’s mother to be in a relationship with Khloe Kardashian in 2017. Jordan was heavily pregnant with Prince at the time.
“Their relationship went viral and everything took a turn for the worst,” Jordan shared. “Every day several articles were published worldwide mocking my new unfortunate reality and my pregnancy would now become one of the most popular gossip headlines due to the woman Tristan was now publicly dating during my pregnancy.”
“This brought an enormous amount of negative, unwanted attention and stress into my life, and more critically, into my pregnancy,” Craig explained. “My obstetrician ordered me to be on bed rest due to high levels of stress that eventually caused me to have serious pregnancy complications.”
