Kanye and Kim Kardashian West are expecting their fourth child via surrogate.
The couple, who used a surrogate for their third child, 11-month-old Chicago, reportedly had one embryo left after the in vitro fertilization (IVF) procedure. Baby West, said to be a male, is due to arrive “in very early May,” says an insider.
After difficult pregnancies with North and Saint, Kardashian was advised by doctors not to have any more natural pregnancies because it could be life-threatening for her.
Kim are Kanye also parents to Saint, 3, and North, 5.
