Kenya Moore has shared more photos of her baby girl, Brooklyn Daly. Earlier today, the new mom uploaded a photo of her six-week-old infant on her Instagram page along with an inspirational message to her fans. She captioned,”May God bless you and may all your heart’s desires come true. I never gave up, kept praying and believing in God’s plan for my life. Stay prayerful. He has your back.”

Moore has been open about her fertility issues, revealing that she underwent IVF procedures in order to have her “miracle baby”. Brooklyn Doris Daly was born by cesarean section on November 4, 2018.

“It was all happening so fast,” Kenya tells PEOPLE of her emergency C-section. “I started crying because I got so scared. I couldn’t get a hold of Marc, I didn’t know what was going to happen. I just remember feeling overwhelmed with emotion. It was really tough.”

Though Kenya had a tough delivery, she says that it was all worth it.

“We’re so in love,” Kenya says of her and Marc’s affection towards each other and their daughter. “Everything that could have gone wrong did go wrong. But she’s such a tough baby; so determined. And every step of the way, she kept surviving and getting stronger. She’s my miracle baby. There’s no other way to describe it, she’s my miracle baby.”
