Hold on! Scottie Pippen Jr. is making waves in basketball. The son of retired NBA player Scottie Pippen was recently recorded while competing in the Nike Elite 100 tournament.
Young Scottie showed excellent teamwork and incredible skill as he passed at the appropriate times and took shots from the 3-point line when such opportunities became available. The teen had the support of his father who sat on the sidelines and watched his son play the game that he embraced for more than twenty years.

Scottie Sr. began his trails in basketball years before entering the NBA in 1987. The star athlete played for the Bears of Central Arkansas University from 1983 to 1987, before being selected by the Seattle SuperSonics as a small forward. Scottie was part of what some deemed the dream team that led the Chicago Bulls to win consecutive championships from 1996 to 1998. Pippen was also part of the 1992 United States men’s Olympic basketball team with competitions taking place in Barcelona.
While his son’s career as a basketball player is still budding, there is no telling what Scottie Jr. can do with his father’s legacy serving as a guide. One thing is for certain: young Scottie has the talent of an athlete poised for greatness.
