They’re back at it again! Tichina Arnold and her daughter, Alijah Kai Haggins, are singing songs in the car and sharing video clips of the moments with Instagram fans.
One segment showed Alijah and Tichina in complete sync with one another. The mother and daughter liked the same song and expressed their delight by grooving to the beat. “When you & your kid feel the music at the same time #SchoolMorningPlaylist,” Tichina told her fans.
Another video clip was of Alijah singing by herself. Her mom advised her to refrain from drowning out her voice with loud music. Such recommendation proved beneficial as Alijah belted out the notes to the song like a pro. “Please get her to sing Amy Winehouse,” one fan requested after hearing the teen’s amazing vocal skills. “Love everything about this,” another follower said, “especially you looking for seatbelt.”
Tichina later shut down potential mommy shamers in a post of Alijah singing. “FOR ALL OF THE NUTBAGS THAT OBSESS OVER SEATBELTS…SHES ALWAYS WEARING HERS,” the star mom wrote. “Tread lightly and think before you post bullsh*t because I WILL BLOCK you.” Thank you, Tichina!
Arnold is regaining her focus after moving to divorce her husband, Rico Hines, for infidelity. “I don’t know how to be single again,” Tichina shared during a recent interview. “Right before my second marriage I was really cool with being single,” she added. “I’d fell into a nice rhythm raising my daughter, and then here comes the second husband. It didn’t work out but I’m not sad or upset about it. Life happens. You’ve got to stay positive. And drink wine!”
Alijah is Tichina Arnold’s only child. She celebrated her thirteenth birthday in March.
