Halle Berry may be trying to slash the amount of child support that she gives Gabriel Aubry for their daughter, Nahla, but the French model is not going down without a fight. TMZ recently obtained court documents that state Gabriel’s response to Halle’s attempt to lower support from $16,000 per month to just under $4,000.
According to the media source,
“Gabriel refers to the Thanksgiving day fight in Halle’s driveway back in 2012, in which he accuses Olivier Martinez of a sneak attack that pulverized his face. He says it took him 6 months to heal before he could possibly work again, and since then he’s only gotten 3 gigs.”
Halle petitioned the courts to lower the amount she gives Gabriel for Nahla a few weeks ago. The star explained that her ex-boyfriend is using the $16,000 that she gives him for their daughter for his personal needs. A hearing concerning the matter will take place in coming months.
