Is Kerry Washington pregnant? The ‘Scandal’ actress sparked a rumor this past weekend at the Emmy awards when she stepped out in a loose-fitting Marchesa gown that could have been accenting a bump. Fans and critics couldn’t help but wonder if the star was expecting a little bundle of joy. After all, rumors have been spewing about the celeb since she married NFL athlete, Nnamdi Asomugha a few months back.
Kerry has never been one to place her private life in the spotlight. The actress recently told Glamour, “I learned through experience that it doesn’t work for me to talk about my personal life. I’ve had earlier times in my career when I did talk about it. I was on the cover of a bridal magazine. But I couldn’t just turn around and say, ‘I only want to talk about the good stuff, but not the bad stuff.’ So I just thought, ‘OK, no more.'”
Guess we’ll have to just wait and see if Kerry is expecting or not. For now, we’ll just adore the beautiful dress that she wore at the Emmys and wish her all the best in her marriage.
