Russell Wilson and Ciara’s son, Win Wilson, took his first steps during training camp! The youngster walked towards his mom and older sister, Sienna, while on the football field.
“Win’s first steps,” Russell told his social media fans on Wednesday (August 4). “Witnessing Win walk on the practice field for the first time, it hit me that God orders our steps,” Wilson shared. “In their hearts, humans plan their course, but the Lord establishes their steps. Proverbs 16:9 NIV,” the NFL player wrote online.
Ciara and Russell Wilson celebrated their son’s first birthday a few weeks ago. Russell was the doting father who took to Instagram to share a video clip of him with his son. Wilson also wrote a beautiful message on his son’s birthday.
“July 23. Blessed. Anointed. Called. Your curiosity. Your focus. Your joy. You are loved,” Russell wrote to Win. “Daddy will always hold, guide, teach, provide, and believe in you,” the NFL star promised his little one. “We love you, Win. Mom, Dad, Future, and SiSi will always love you and care for you. Happy Birthday, baby boy.”
Ciara also celebrated her son on his birthday. “You are the cutest and sweetest baby boy,” the ‘Beauty Marks’ singer declared. “Always dancing, smiling, and laughing, Always all over the place! The worlds going to have to keep up,” Ciara declared.
The world will have to wait to keep up with Win Wilson. For now, the youngster is ready to have his parents chase after him. Russell Wilson is certainly ready to guide his son in all facets with lessons he has learned through the years.
“So many times in life I would always want to control and decide what is best or what I should do,” Russell shared during his reflection on Wednesday (August 4). “Going into year 10 [of playing football] and watching my kids grow has given me such a perspective in [the] life of a ‘Rookie,'” Wilson added.
“Knowing that in the Game of Life that Jesus is the Quarterback. I thank You Jesus for allowing me to Let Go & Let God! I praise You.”
