Serena Williams is giving the camera loads of fashion and tons of style. The tennis champion recently shared candids and video clips of her posing alongside her daughter while wearing GLAUDI by Johana Hernandez.
Serena wore a gold gown while her daughter, Alexis Olympia, rocked pink and white. Williams and her “mini-me” conducted their photo session on the tennis court. Both of the models were holding tennis rackets while giving the camera lots of passion and attitude.
“Follow your passion in fashion @serenawilliams in GLAUDI with her mini-me @olympiaohanian,” Johana Hernandez wrote in a post on the GLAUDI Instagram page read. “Did you know @serenawilliams grew up in Compton as a kid just like me and I’ve always looked up to her,” the designer asked her social media fans. “And look at us now,” Hernandez added. “#GodisGood. With hard work, you can reach your dreams.”
Serena Williams paid tribute to Meghan Thee Stallion in the video clip that showed her and Alexis Olympia wearing GLAUDI gowns. “How we feel about these Grammy wins,” Williams said of her and Alexis Olympia doing a happy dance for the camera. “Congratulations,” the celebrity wrote to Meghan Thee Stallion.
This year’s Grammy Awards were monumental for Meghan who received four nominations and won three awards for her artistry. One of the recording artist’s Grammys was for New Artist of the Year.
“I want people to know that you can come from not the ‘best’ area but still grow into the person that you wanna be,” Meghan Thee Stallion said during an interview with NME last year. “Tell people where you came from,” the rapper advised. “Because look where I’m at now. I’m a product of my environment, baby,” Stallion exclaimed.
