Remy Ma is trying to wean her daughter, Reminisce Mackenzie, off breastfeeding. The celebrity mom’s efforts come in correlation with Remy preparing for another child.
Remy shared a video clip of her 1-year-old pressing on her chest in an Instagram post that asked fans for ideas on how to help Reminisce move away from nursing. “Tryna be cute and @ReminisceMacKenzie pressed me like, ‘What are you doing?’ I guess she don’t (sic) appreciate her ‘milk’ being on display,” Remy told her fans. “Sidebar,” the celebrity mom continued. “She’s still 1-year-old but any ideas on how to COMPLETELY stop?”
Remy Ma’s attempts to wean her daughter off breastfeeding comes while the rapper is preparing for her second child with her husband, Papoose. It was just a few months ago that Papoose told Claudia Jordan of Fox Soul that he and Remy would have another child in the coming months.
“I love being with my family,” Papoose said when asked how he was coping with the quarantine. “I get to spend so much time with my amazing wife and my amazing daughter,” the celebrity father said. “I’m just making the best out of it, and we’re moving forward,” Papoose continued.
“We’re going to have another child real soon,” Remy’s husband revealed in response to a joke Claudia made about quarantine season. “A lot of quarantine babies are probably going to be born,” he added.
Remy Ma and Papoose welcomed their daughter in December 2018. The couple is expecting their second child to arrive next year. Remy Ma and Papoose’s newborn will make her a mother for the third time. Stay tuned for more celebrity family news!
