Drake and Sophie Brussaux have a young scholar on their hands! The celebrity parents recently sent their son, Adonis Graham, back to school.
“First day back to school,” Sophie told her Instagram fans on Wednesday (September 9). “Mom is proud of her big boy (part-time koala),” Brussaux wrote online.
Fans learned of Drake fathering a son last year through a song released by rival artist Pusha-T. Drake’s nemesis accused him of hiding his son because of shame. Drake, however, released a rebuttal single that denied the notion of him attempting to keep his son a secret from the world. In fact, the opposite was true. Drake was shielding his son from a world that is sometimes cruel without remorse.
Drake shared why he decided to respond to Pusha-T’s single during his recent interview with Lil Wayne. “I want to be able to go places with my son and share memories with my son,” the celebrity father said. “I don’t want to feel like just because of a life choice I made to be a ‘celebrity’ that I got to make everybody live under this blanket,” the Canadian rapper added. “I just wanted to free myself of that.”
