Cardi B’s daughter, Kulture Cephus, joined her mom during a recent virtual party that included Megan Thee Stallion. The toddler came ready to show off her fashion sense.
“Look at that little purse,” Cardi said. “Look at that little purse,” the ‘WAP’ rapper repeated. “How cute,” the celebrity mom exclaimed. “This is not a Birkin,” Cardi B assured her fans. “This is just a regular thing.”
It was just a few weeks ago that critics became angry about Cardi B’s husband, Offset, buying their daughter a Birkin bag for the little one’s second birthday. The bag Offset purchased was valued at about $8,000, which caused a stir online. Many fans appreciated the celebrity father doing something nice for his daughter. Some critics, however, accused Offset of going too far with the lavish gift.

Regardless of how outsiders may feel about them, both Cardi B and Offset continue to enjoy their best lives with their blended family.
“If I’m fly and Daddy’s fly, then so is the kid,” Cardi told social media fans and foes after the Birkin bag backlash. “If I’m wearing Cha-nay-nay, my kid’s having the same,” the rapper added. “It’s not up to what the kids like,” Cardi continued. “If it was the kids, they’d be outside in diapers.”
