Kandi Burruss and Todd Tucker are well on their way to trying to expand their family. The celebrity couple discussed the possibility of having another child via surrogate during a recent episode of Real Housewives of Atlanta.
Kandi and Todd met with Dr. Jackie Walker of Married To Medicine during the episode. The couple told the OBGYN that they had been trying to conceive via natural means but things were not quite working out.
“I know there was still some fibroids after pregnancy. I feel like it got worse because Ace is two now and nothing’s happening,” Kandi told Dr. Walker. “After having multiple thyroid surgeries, and still the fact that I have not been able to get pregnant the last two years, I know that I am going to have to do the same process again,” Burruss added.
“[I had] a couple of scares during my pregnancy with Ace,” Burruss revealed to RHOA viewers. “I was a high risk and I did have bleeding a few times. So my womb is just, it’s not the best place to have a healthy pregnancy with no issues.”
Kandi Burruss shared her plans to expand her and Todd Tucker’s family via a surrogate during a recent interview with Us Weekly. “We’re moving forward,” Kandi revealed. “We’ve decided we wanted to … get a surrogate,” she continued. “We did find someone, and right now we are in the process. It hasn’t been done — but we’re in the process.”
How will the Tucker household change with four children running around the palace? We’ll have to keep watching to find out!
