Ahead of Mother’s Day, model Chanel Iman and her youngest daughter, seven-month-old, Capri Summer Godchaux, are enjoying some time alone on a Caribbean getaway in the of Antigua and Barbuda.
The mother-of-three posted an adorable reel on social media of Capri sleeping, playing on the beach, and enjoying a bike ride on the Island paradise.
“My element & My Peace,” she began her caption of the Instagram reel. “Special little moments Capri and I will cherish forever. Jumby Bay Island, Antigua and Barbuda.”
Capri is the only daughter for Supermodel, Chanel Iman and her newly wed husband NFL star, Davon Godchaux. However, Chanel Iman is also mother to two other daughters: Cassie and Cali, from her previous marriage to New York Giants wide receiver, Sterling Shepard.
In addition to Capri, Godchaux is also father to seven-year-old son, Davon Godchaux II, from a previous relationship.
Iman and Godchaux exchanged vows at the beginning of the year aboard the Parillion yacht in the Caribbean Sea surrounded by close family After exchanging vows in Anguilla, the couple sailed to St Barths for a three-day celebration.
In a previous interview, the 33-year-old shared the details of her wedding with Vogue Magazine, “We celebrated for three days on our charter—island hopping and making stops at beach clubs, where it all started.”
She continued, “We planned the wedding the way we desired—doing something together that we love with our kids and our blended family. This was our ideal, dream day. A handful of people attended the wedding—including my best friend and soul sister, Heidy De la Rosa—and we chartered a yacht to sail from island to island in the Caribbean Sea.”
It unquestionably looks like the Caribbean holds a special places in the hearts of Chanel Iman and her family. We are grateful that they include all of us in on their memory-making moments in paradise.
