Gabourey Sidibe is glowing! The actress, who recently announced that she is expecting twins with husband Brandon Frankel, took to Instagram a few days ago to share a photo of her growing baby bump.
In the snap, the mom-to-be is all smiles as she sports a witty maternity tee that reads “Double or nothing”.
Accompanying the image, Sidibe expressed her appreciation for the flood of well wishes from her fans.
She wrote, “Thank you all so much for the congratulations and well wishes!! @brandontour and i are so excited about this double bundle of joy that we may be completely incapable of talking about anything other than them for this rest of eternity. Sorry. Remember that I used to be cool and funny though. Remember me different!”
Sidibe’s husband, Brandon Frankel, also shared a series of photos showcasing his pregnant wife.
He captioned, “It was so hard keeping this quiet for so long- can not wait to be a TWIN DAD! This woman @gabby3shabby right here is such a trooper- so excited the twins get to have a Mom that is so loving, thoughtful, funny, and beautiful. These two are already so incredibly loved- we can’t wait to meet you and give you the world. I love you three more than words will ever do justice.”
In a separate post, he gushed, “The amount of love I feel for these three is so overwhelming. My heart and soul are FULL. I love you guys to the moon and back. So stoked to be your Husband and DAD! ”
Last month, the couple announced the news of their expectancy, with Gabby writing, “I’m pregnant! We thought it was time to give our cats some responsibility so we’re giving them each a baby to take care of!” Sidibe wrote in her caption. “Double the babies,double the cats, double the fun!! Twin Delivery coming soon! Twinty Twinty Four!!”
