Angela “Blac Chyna” White and Tyga have put an end to their prolonged battle over their 11-year-old son, King Cairo. According to TMZ, the duo have come to an amicable decision regarding the custody of their son.
Under the terms of the newly established agreement, both Angela and Tyga will share joint legal and physical custody of King. This means that they will both make decisions regarding the 11-year-old’s health, education, and overall well-being.
In terms of their parenting schedule, Chyna will get King every weekend from Friday to Monday and Tyga will have him the remainder of the time of the time. Notably, Tyga, real name Micheal Ray Stevenson, will not have to pay child support.
Recognizing the importance of maintaining a healthy co-parenting relationship, the court has implemented strict guidelines for communication between Angela and Tyga. Both parents are prohibited from speaking negatively about each other in the presence of King Cairo. Additionally, they will participate in a program designed to monitor and facilitate effective communication related to co-parenting.
Blac Chyna initially filed the custody case over the summer, seeking to put Tyga on child support for their son. In court documents obtained by The Blast, she sought for joint legal and physical custody of King Cairo. The filing included undisclosed details about the child’s current living situation and outlined Chyna’s perspective on what is in the “best interest of the child.”
In her petition, Chyna addressed the issue of child support, stating, “The court may make orders for support of the children and issue an earnings assignment without further notice to either party.”
In October, Tyga responded to Chyna’s filing by requesting sole physical and legal custody of King Cairo. However, the recent agreement suggests a willingness on both sides to prioritize the well-being of their child over any personal disputes.
