Sandra Denton, better known by her stage name Pepa of Salt-N-Pepa, is a proud mom and Glam Ma.
The rapper recently took to Instagram to share her heartfelt admiration for her daughter, Egypt, whom she shares with Anthony “Treach” Criss.
“Watching my daughter become a mom and raise her daughter with such love and grace has truly touched me. It’s a reminder of how love keeps growing and how beautiful the circle of life is. I’m so proud of my daughter Egypt and the wonderful mom she’s become!”
In a later post, Pepa described her granddaughter as “an incredible blessing” in her life.
“Blessings to everyone today! And as I count my blessings, I can’t get enough of this one — she’s an incredible #blessing in my life. OMG I can’t believe I’m a Grandma,” she wrote.
In January, Pepa announced via Instagram that her daughter Egypt Criss was expecting her first child with her husband Sam “Sammattick” Wright.
“There are no words that can express the joy and excitement I have right now…MY BABY IS HAVING A BABY,” Pepa happily captioned a video from her daughter’s baby shower. “I’m so happy and can’t wait to meet her. Congratulations to Egypt and Sam!”
Egypt Criss and Sam Mattick, who star on ‘Growing Up Hip Hop’, welcomed their daughter, Phara’h Clea , on Feb.26, 2023. Phara’h is now 8 months old and “is one of thr most beautiful babies” according to her grandpa, Treach.
The Naughty By Nature musician posted a sweet photo of his granddaughter back in August, with the caption, “One of the Most Beautiful Babies on the Planet, My 1st Grandchild, She Shall call me O.G. ORIGINAL GRANDPA.”
Egypt Criss is Pepa ans Treach’s only child together. In total, Sandra has two kids, while Treach is a father of six.
