Kim Kardashian and North West are bringing a touch of ’90s nostalgia to Halloween this year by channeling their inner Cher and Dionne from the iconic ’90s movie, Clueless.
Kim shared their costume recreation on Instagram, simply captioning it “Clueless.”
Over the weekend, North West took to Tik Tok to share a sneak peek of her “first Halloween costume”. In a series of video clips, she could be seen dressed as the iconic Graduation Bear from her father Kanye West’s 2007 album, “Graduation.”
The young fashionista didn’t stop there; she also showed off some dance moves to some of her dad’s chart-topping hits, including “Can’t Tell Me Nothing”, “I Wonder”, and “American Girl”.
This isn’t the first time the 10-year-old has paid tribute to her legendary father’s legacy. During a recent trip to Japan with her mother, Kim Kardashian, North created a playful video that paid homage to Kanye.
In the video, she sported a jacket reminiscent of what Kanye wore during a 2004 MTV appearance and danced along to his 2008 hit track, “American Boy.”
North’s tribute to her father is a heartwarming demonstration of the admiration she has for her father.
In a previous episode of the Kardashian’s Hulu series, Kim revealed that she’s preserving her ex-husband’s legacy by keeping “a mix of his designs and his actual clothes” for their kids,
Eventhough Kanye wanted her to “burn” the items, Kim “thought maybe the kids would think it was so cool, so I kind of kept everything for the kids.”
In the realm of co-parenting, Kim Kardashian’s top priority is ensuring the well-being of their children: North, Saint, Chicago and Psalm.
“I definitely protected him and I still will in the eyes of my kids, for my kids,” she said during the Dec. 26 episode of Angie Martinez’s IRL podcast. “So, in my home, my kids don’t know anything that goes on in the outside world.”
