Life for Sydel Curry-Lee has been an adventure since welcoming her and Damion Lee’s second child. The celebrity mom took to Instagram on Sunday (Sept. 3) to give an update to her fans.
“Life lately,” Sydel shared. The celebrity mom also uploaded a picture that featured her at home with her little ones. “Teaching one how to hit a baseball while feeding the other,” Mrs. Lee continued. “Couldn’t get any sweeter or messier,” Sydel added,
It has been a few days since Sydel Curry and Damion Lee welcomed their second child. The celebrity couple shared news of the family’s newest addition, Daryn Alicia Lee, who arrived on August 23, 2023.
Fans have appreciated Sydel Curry-Lee’s transparency regarding infertility and her struggle to start a family with her husband. The Lees underwent IVF treatments in November 2020 in hopes of welcoming their first child.
“My journey to motherhood was a bit of a long one or longer than I thought it would be,” Sydel shared after welcoming her and Damion’s son, Daxon Wardell-Xavier Lee. “I would test multiple times a day every day, and when doing that, I noticed my positives kept getting lighter and lighter and just ended up disappearing, and so that was kind of heartbreaking,” Sydel explained.
“My progesterone levels wouldn’t stay high enough to have viable pregnancies, so I ended up losing those embryos in the early stage,” the celebrity mom explained. “That’s what a chemical pregnancy is, like an early miscarriage,” Mrs. Lee revealed.
“Finding out [I was pregnant] by myself and then surprising my husband was really really special to me,” Sydel said of her learning she and Damion would have a son. “We were really excited, really proud of ourselves, and very thankful.”
Sydel and Damion welcomed Daxon in 2021. The youngster celebrates his second birthday in November.
