Gloria Govan enjoyed the weekend at Dodgers Stadium. The celebrity mom took in a ball game with her sons, Carter and Isaiah, this past Sunday (Sept. 3).
Isaiah and Carter stood behind their mom in the candid that featured Gloria’s husband, Derek Fisher, and his children who also attended the ball game. “No better time to spend than Sundays with the fam,” Gloria exclaimed.
“Beautiful family,” one fan said after seeing the pictures Gloria shared online. “Everybody looks so happy,” another supporter wrote.
Isaiah and Carter are officially high school students. The youngsters completed middle school to the celebration of their parents.
“I am so proud of the two of you,” Gloria wrote to her sons. “Your growth over this last year has been so much fun to witness,” the celebrity mom said.
Gloria continued her open letter by giving advice to her growing boys. “As you begin this new journey of high school, know this is just the beginning. Know that you are capable of great things and believe in them,” Govan shared. “Grab every opportunity that comes to you and prosper in life. Love you the most, my loves!”
Matt Barnes also commemorated Isaiah and Carter’s accomplishment with a beautiful message on Instagram. “You were just my babies,” the celebrity father wrote to his sons. “Words can’t express how much you two mean to me,” Matt continued. “You guys are my whole heart and soul.”
Isaiah and Carter made Gloria Govan and Matt Barnes parents for the first time in 2008. Gloria and Matt wed one another in 2013 after several years of courtship. The two ended their marriage in 2016 after just three years of union.
Gloria and Matt have endured their share of challenges while pursuing a happy medium in co-parenting. The celebrity parents, however, have managed to put their children first when attempting to blend their families. Isaiah and Carter celebrate their fifteenth birthday in November.
