Toya Johnson and her husband, Robert Rushing, are in celebration mode. Their daughter, Reign Rushing, has graduated from kindergarten.

Both Reign and Toya shared pictures from the youngster’s big day with Instagram followers. “Watch out kindergarten,” Reign shared on her social media page. “Here I come.”

Toya shared the same sentiments with her Instagram fans. “My baby is on her way to big girl school,” the businesswoman shared.

Toya Johnson is the proud mom of two daughters. The celebrity mom recently sat down alongside her oldest daughter, Reginae Carter, to explain their mother-daughter bond.

“I had Reginae at a very young age—and I’m always trying to school her on things that I had to learn,” Toya shared with Black Enterprise. “Some things I learned the hard way,” the celebrity mom admitted.

“Some things I learned from older people that shared knowledge with me,” Toya revealed. “And I always pass it down to my daughter because I want her to win,” the celebrity mom said. “I think she has so much potential and I’m always here to support her in each and every business move that she makes.”

Reginae confirmed her mom’s commitment to giving her life lessons. “My mom has always told and shown me that if you want to do something, do it on your own,” the young adult shared with Black Enterprise. “You don’t have to call anybody, just figure it out — or look it up,” Reginae continued. “She’s always told me to be educated. There’s nothing more attractive than an educated Black woman.”

Reign Rushing will begin her journey as a kindergarten student in the fall. She received lots of love from social media fans who were ecstatic to read about the accomplishment.

“So proud of you, Reign,” one social media follower wrote. “Congrats,” another fan shared. “You’re growing so fast.”
