Kylie Jenner is rethinking standards of beauty now that she has a daughter, Stormi Webster, who looks up to her. The Kardashians star recently shared her thoughts about the multi-billion-dollar industry, which often includes cosmetic surgery, during a recent interview with Homme Girls magazine.
“I started my brand when I was seventeen,” Kylie shared with the press. “I’ve grown so much, [and] I have such a different vision for what I want [Kylie Cosmetics] to be,” the entrepreneur said when speaking of her company.
“I used to do a lot of limited-edition collections which are so fun, but my goal is to continue to elevate and extend the core line,” Kylie said of her plans for business in the coming years.
“This year and beyond we’re looking to do things we’ve never done before,” she added. “You know, skin and eyes and mascara and all the essentials that you need,” Jenner further shared. I’m just, like, rebranding.”
Rebranding takes a different approach for Kylie who is the mother of a son and a daughter. Stormi has already influenced her mother’s line. Now, the youngster is impacting the way her mom views the idea of beauty and cosmetic surgery.
“It’s really such a blessing that I’ve been able to live and experience so much life at such a young age,” Kylie told Homme Girls. “I have two kids, I’m 25,” she continued.
“Honestly, I’ve never been happier. As I get older, I get more appreciative of my life, my family, my friends and having all these opportunities,” Jenner shared.
“[Becoming a mother has] made me love myself more,” the celebrity mom said when discussing her evolution as an individual. “I see my features in my daughter and my son now, but you know, my daughter looks like me. I get to see my beauty in her, and it’s made me love myself more for sure. Beauty is always changing for me.”
The definition of beauty may change for Kylie Jenner but her standard of confidence remains. “[My advice to Stormi is] she’s perfect the way that she is,” Jenner shared when asked about words of wisdom she would share with her daughter. “Be confident, always be confident in yourself.”
