“It’s a BOY!!” Keshia captioned a photo of her and James at their gender reveal party.

This will be Pulliam’s second child, as she is already a proud mother to five-year-old Ella Grace. Ella’s father is Pulliam’s ex-husband, Ed Hartwell, whom she divorced after just six months of marriage. The split was not easy for Pulliam, especially since Hartwell asked for a paternity test just a week after she announced her pregnancy with Ella.

Despite the difficult situation, Pulliam has always put her daughter first. In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, she explained that her daughter was her top priority, saying, “It’s one thing when you choose to be in the spotlight. It’s another thing when you have a baby. And it’s not about me. She doesn’t deserve it.  Despite all of this I am grateful for my blessing, and that’s my little girl.”

Now, Ella is excited to become a big sister. Pulliam shared with Entertainment Tonight that Ella has known about the baby since the beginning and has done a great job keeping the secret.

“She is going to be an awesome big sister, she is excited,” Pulliam told ET. “She has known from like the beginning, so she actually did a really good job because she kept the secret! I was like, ‘Listen, Ella, you cannot tell anybody,’ so now she’ll be like, ‘Do they know about the baby, can I tell them?’ So, now she has free rein to tell everybody.”

As for Pulliam and James, they are thrilled to welcome a baby boy into their family. The couple seems to be in a great place, and they’re excited to take on this new adventure together.
