Jay-Z and Blue Ivy Carter joined other A-list celebrities at the Super Bowl game this past Sunday (Feb. 12). The celebrity father and his daughter took several pictures on the field.
Blue and Jay waved as they entered the State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona. The star dad and his daughter matched in apparel as they promoted Roc Nation and paid homage to the late Tupac Shakur.
“Blue Ivy runs the Carter household and this proves it,” one fan said in reference to the youngster posing as her dad took pictures of her on the sidelines. Others agreed that Blue was definitely the “It” girl of her generation.
Beyoncè and Jay-Z’s oldest child is certainly making headway in the music industry. It was in 2021 that the youngster won her first Grammy award for her collaboration with her mom in the music video for ‘Brown Skin Girl.’
Blue was not in attendance at the ceremony due to coronavirus restrictions that made the event for adults only. Blue’s mom, however, made certain to give a shout-out to her daughter during her acceptance speech.
“Congratulations Blue,” Beyoncè said when accepting the 2021 Grammy Award for Best R&B Performance. “She won a Grammy tonight,” Bey told the crowd. “I’m so proud of you, and I’m so honored to be your mommy,” the celebrity mom shared.
Blue is one of three children Beyoncè and Jay-Z have together. The celebrity couple also has twins, Rumi and Sir, who celebrate their sixth birthdays later this year.
The Kansas City Chiefs won against the Philadelphia Eagles in this year’s Super Bowl with a final score of 38-35. The final score was quite the accomplishment for the Chiefs who overcame a 10-point deficit to beat the Eagles by three points. Kansas City’s victory made Patrick Mahomes a Super Bowl champion two times over.
