I woke up happy,” Indy said when asked about how she felt about appearing on the show. “I was so excited to meet you,” the young dancer told Hudson. “When I first heard your song, me and my mom were on a road trip when I first heard your song,” the youngster said in reference to Jennifer’s performance in Dream Girls, which featured the entertainer singing Jennifer Holliday’s famous song.

Of course, Indy did not let her segment end without gracing the audience with a few of her dance moves. The passion was evident as she grooved to Lizzo’s “About Damn Time.” Dozens of YouTube fans commented on Indy’s confidence while speaking and dancing.

“What a brilliant child,” one social media follower exclaimed. “She’s better at conversation than I am,” the supporter declared. “I could not stop smiling throughout this whole video,” another fan shared. ‘She is such a doll,” they continued. “I love her personality. She is so fabulous!”

The Jennifer Hudson Show made its debut on September 12, 2022. “I have experienced so much in my life; I’ve seen the highest of the highs, the lowest of the lows, and just about everything in between but as my mother always told me, ‘Once you think you’ve seen it all, just keep on living,'” Hudson said in a statement regarding her new talk show.

“People from around the world have been a part of my journey from the beginning — twenty years ago — and I’m so ready to join their journey as we sit down and talk about the things that inspire and move us all,” the entertainer shared. “I have always loved people and I cannot wait to connect on a deeper level and let audiences see the different sides of who I am, the human being, in return.”
