The Game, real name Jayceon Taylor, and Tiffney Cambridge are celebrating their daughter, Cali Dream Taylor, who turned 12 years old on Sunday (Aug. 21). Both parents took to Instagram with birthday wishes for their tween.
“It’s my baby’s birthday,” Tiffney shared online. “Cali … My twin flame … My ride or die … My BFF … Watching you grow these past 12 years has been amazing,” Cambridge shared with her daughter. “I couldn’t ask for a better daughter. Your strength, confidence, intelligence, beauty, and sass all make you so bomb! You’re a born leader, and you’re wise beyond your years. I’m so glad that God blessed me to be your mommy. We have so much in common. I love that you’re not only my daughter but also my best friend. I love you, Cali!”
The Game also took to Instagram to commemorate Cali Dream’s birthday. “Yesterday when I cried, I tried my best to hold it in while telling you how proud I am of the young woman you are becoming,” the rapper shared with his daughter. “You walked over as tall and beautiful as I could only have dreamt you’d become, wiped my tears, hugged me tighter than you ever have, and told me you loved me so much,” the celebrity father shared.
“It’s moments like that mixed in with all of the amazing ones we’ve shared that will always make me feel like I’ve done at least one thing right in my life … and that’s being your FATHER,” The Game told his daughter.
“The time truly does not wait for anyone to blink or hold onto a second any longer than it should and that is the part of life that is so beautiful and sad at the same time,” the recording artist shared. “As soon as that second passes, a memory is created and the only way to get back to it is in your mind. Over the years we’ve had the best of times, laughs, and amazing days together and I can only wish God allows me to be here for the full length of life to ensure that you are loved, protected, and cared for in the way that I’ve ensured you were this far.”
The Game ended his message to Cali Dream by saying, “I wish you peace, happiness, and serenity on your special day daughter and I can only hope I’ve been everything in a father a girl needs in this lifetime and the next.”
Cali Dream is one of two kids The Game and Tiffney Cambridge have together. The Game has three children – Cali Dream, Harlem Caron, and King Justice – in all.
