Training camp for the upcoming NFL season is underway, and Russell Wilson has the support of his family on the sidelines. Ciara and the kids recently stopped by the Broncos training camp to cheer for Russell as he practiced with his new teammates.
Russell gave his best on the field and took full advantage of break time by playing with the kids. “One thing about Russell and Ciara, their three angels are ALWAYS with them, by their side, glued to their hip,” one BCK fan said of Russell and Ciara. “They are Parents 1st, [and] celebrities 2nd,” the supporter added. “BEAUTIFUL couple and family.”
Russell Wilson signed a lucrative contract with the Colorado Broncos earlier this year. The deal came after Wilson spent 10 years building his reputation as an excellent quarterback for the Seattle Seahawks.
Changing teams for Russell meant moving to a new city, which Ciara recently said the kids are adjusting to quite well. “So far, Denver’s been incredible,” the ‘JUMP’ singer shared during an exclusive interview with PEOPLE. “They’ve been doing good,” Ciara shared of her and Russell’s kids.
“When we told them the news, everything was like, ‘Yeah! New team. Yeah! New school. Yeah!’ I don’t know if they really realize what’s going on sometimes. They’re excited about the new chapter.”
Russell is also excited about his new chapter in life. “Everybody is so locked in,” the Broncos player shared during a recent press conference. “We got a championship kind of football team, and we are excited about that,” Wilson added. “The exciting part about that is now it’s time to just go show up and prove it.”
Russell Wilson and the Seattle Seahawks won one Super Bowl title and three NFC championships during his time as a quarterback for the team. The NFL regular season begins on Thursday, September 8, 2022.
