North West is over the paparazzi. The youngster told the press to stop taking pictures of her during Paris Fashion Week (PFW).
North was sitting beside her mom, Kim Kardashian, at one of the shows when the hilarious interaction occurred. The youngster did not make a scene by verbally asking photographers to stop taking pictures of her with her mom. North, instead, held up a sign with the word “STOP” as a way of communicating her wishes.
“She’s her father’s child,” one BCK Instagram follower declared after seeing the video clip that featured North’s actions. “Kim wanted to snatch that sign so bad,” another socia media fan suspected. Kim did not take the sign away from her daughter but instead looked in the opposite direction as North expressed herself.
North West is certainly following in her father’s footsteps when it comes to interacting with the paparazzi. It was earlier this year that Kanye West told photographers that he wanted a percentage of what they would earn from taking pictures of him leaving the airport in Miami.
“Right now y’all get to shoot us without having to pay,” Kanye told the press. “I’mma (sic) change that,” he added. “I’m not saying it in a negative way. It’s just like, right now, it’s just really one-sided,” West further explained. “You guys can follow us, you guys can stand [outside] a hotel at any given time—you don’t give us any percentage of what you’re making off of us, off of our kids, and I’m gonna (sic) change that.”
Many thought the interaction to be hilarious at the time. A few fans did, however, acknowledge that, perhaps, North should be left at home and out of the public’s eye after her interaction with paparazzi during Paris Fashion Week.
“Stop taking this poor kid to events with so much paparazzi,” one BCK fan expressed after watching the clip of North asking the press to stop photographing her at the fashion show. “Seems to disturb her mental,” the supporter said. Another fan agreed by saying, “Maybe she needs to stay home.”
Kim Kardashian has four kids – North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm – with Kanye West.
