Kelly Rowland got a pleasant surprise from her sons, Titan and Noah, while co-hosting TODAY alongside Hoda Kotb. The recording artist was promoting her forthcoming children’s book, Always With You, Always With Me, when her kids chimed in via video message to express their gratitude.
Titan did most of the talking in the clip that brought Kelly to tears. “Hi Mommy,” the youngster began. “We just finished your book. We’re so proud of you,” Titan told his mom. “We want to thank you for being the greatest mom we’ve ever had. Thank you for making this book for us,” the youngster said.
Always With You, Always With Me is written as a love song between a mother and her child. “It’s about the working mom,” Kelly told Hoda. “You think that the kids go through something personal, but the parents go through something, too,” Rowland shared. “Your little heart is walking around everywhere. So [the book is] really the love song between a child and the mother.”
