Tristan Thompson is reportedly expecting his third child with a personal trainer from Texas. Daily Mail has the exclusive story as reported from court documents.
According to the media outlet,
“The mother of Thompson’s newest baby is Houston native Maralee Nichols, 31, who has since moved to Los Angeles and is now suing the Sacramento Kings star for child support.”
Nichols is allegedly in the final trimester of pregnancy and expected to give birth any day. The personal trainer and Sacramento Kings player reportedly conceived their child on Tristan’s thirtieth birthday back in March.
The news of Tristan possibly fathering another child comes more than a year after the NBA player was seemingly trying to encourage the mother of his daughter to have another child with him on Keeping Up With The Kardashians (KUWTK). Khloe Kardashian expressed a desire to give her and Tristan’s daughter, True Thompson, a younger sibling. Tristan took the opportunity to make his case for having another child with him.
“Listen, I’m just saying,” Tristan told Khloe during the episode that shocked viewers. “True does need a sibling,” the celebrity father declared. Many brought up the fact that Tristan already has a son with his ex, Jordan Craig, which means that True indeed has a sibling. Khloe took all things into consideration before admitting to viewers that the whole situation was confusing.
“If you can create embryos and do all the DNA testing, I do think that’s the smarter choice,” Khloe shared. “But it’s weird because Tristan and I, we’re not together,” Kardashian added. “I don’t know which way to go.”
Khloe and Tristan initially decided to move forward with surrogacy in an effort to have another child together. The process, however, was placed on hold indefinitely after Khloe learned their surrogate would have the right to terminate the pregnancy if the embryo split to form twins.
