Jason Derulo and his ex, Jena Frumes, are co-parenting their son, Jason King Derulo. The former couple coordinated their Halloween costumes and showed their son’s face for the first time in honor of the holiday.
Superman was the focal point of Jason and Jena’s attire. The celebrity parents wore outfits designed after the superhero and also dressed their son to be a mini Superman. Jason and Jena uploaded a video clip of their little one enjoying an airplane ride courtest of his parents. The footage showed young Jason’s face to fans for the first time.
“Finally see the baby’s face,” one excited Instagram follower shared after watching the video clip. “Why is he the cutest baby,” another of Jason’s supporters asked. Yet another social media fan said, “He’s so cute. The moment we all have been waiting for.”
Jason Derulo and Jena Frumes welcomed their son on May 8, 2021. The celebrities ended their relationship as intimate partners months after their little one’s birth.
Jena Frumes took to social media to express her love for both her son and then-fiance days before the news of her and Jason’s breakup went public.
“You are the most handsome, hardworking, talented, silly, loving human ever,” Jena wrote to Jason. “You truly make me whole and I’m so grateful for the love we share,” Frumes added. “You and our mini make me the happiest girl in the world and I can’t wait to make more memories with you guys,” Jena declared.
Jason Derulo addressed his and Jena’s breakup after fans expressed shock upon learning of the split. “She is an amazing mother but we feel being apart at this time will allow us to be the best versions of ourselves and the best parents we could be,” Jason told his supporters in a tweet.
