Tamar Braxton took to her Instagram on Friday to share a video of her cheering on her nephews along with the caption: “So listen!! Y’all know @denimbraxton and @diezel.braxton are like my children and I was so proud to see them walk in this EPIC fashion show for @marcellvonberlin Like I’m in love with the ENTIRE collection.”
Among the celebrities in attendance were actress Niecy Nash and her wife Jessica Betts, along with rapper Yung Miami.
Tamar continued, “Also to add to it @niecynash1 and @jessicabettsmusic had me cracking up and I was secretly rubbing on they shoulders so that Infectious love they possess can rub off on me and ANYONE who knows me knows that it’s @yungmiami305 for meeeeeeee everytime ALL the time. She’s so beautiful[sic].”
Diezel and Denim modeled several looks from Marcell’s Spring/Summer 2021 collection, many of which were unisex clothing.
“The menswear collection is an extension of the women’s wardrobe. But for me gender doesn’t need to dictate the way people dress or in what section you go shopping. Many Marcell von Berlin pieces can be worn unisex. It’s more about choosing clothes as an individual rather than based on your gender,” designer Marcell Pustul tells Forbes.
In June, Toni Braxton celebrated her son Diezel, 18, as he graduated from high school. “Congratulations @diezel.braxton! Mom is so proud of you,” the musician wrote on Instagram, adding that her son would be heading off to college in fall. “Howard University here he comes!”
Toni Braxton’s sons, who are now both in college, are with her ex-husband Keri Lewis.
